Metro Council on Continuing Education publishes Opportunities For Learning every fall, winter, and spring. This 24-32 page booklet promotes adult education program opportunities throughout Nova Scotia. Over 65,000 free copies are distributed through the Halifax Herald/Mail Star, local libraries, and various learning institutions.
